Fièvre
They dance endlessly, to exhaustion. Strasbourg, 1518: a dancing fever seizes the city. Inspired by this strange historical epidemic, Clémentine Bart continues her research into physical endurance and the power of the collective. For her second show, Fièvre, she composes a vibrant, burning piece in which six dancers are carried away by a continuous excitement, a shared, almost senseless pulse.
Together they organise, fall, get up, hold each other, wear themselves out and merge into one another. The individual dissolves into the momentum of the group; beauty is born from shared chaos. A physical, vibrant ritual in which the urgency of movement becomes a cry.
