A foot in the museum

A project designed by the education team of the Musée des Beaux-Arts in La Rochelle, part of the city’s arts education programme, with primary classes (ages 9–11). The children created a sound piece from a painting by Langlade, Une femme nue, imagining the painting’s own sound space and the listening devices, shown in the museum’s hang no. 10 “Seeing and not seeing” (October 2016 – October 2017).
